Our special reporter in India Kacey Montoya found that 40 people,most of them being women and children are missing after their boat sunk in a river in the Northern part of India.
Sudhansu Shekhar,an Indian government official declared that the boat sank in the Harohar river,25 miles of Patna,the main city of the Bihar state.
